So many factors, right?

They are being supplied to the retailers already in a shipping box.

See the attachment. That's not my photo.

It's a question of whether they're already damaged inside the box before being shipped just like any retailer in North America like Best Buy or Amazon.

But as a couple of people above have mentioned it worked out for them.

It's exactly that. If it arrives damaged then it was most likely damaged before leaving Zavvi. I think zavvi packages them well. Sturdy thick cardboard that shapes around the set as seen in the picture cyclorama provided. Unlike other places that would put it in a larger box and then have the probability of bouncing around inside that box while in transit. Or the box itself getting damaged.

I just re-read page 5 and I see there are images of a box set there with the top of the steel case bent although the poster said the shipping box was fine.

There are images of the shipping box there as well.

This is just the nature of steelbooks and steel cases.

If you receive a damaged set like in the pictures on the previous page then contact Zavvi and I'm sure they will either let you return it for a full refund or replace it for you. Maybe even let you keep it with a refund.

They are pretty good that way.
