I can dance to that.

One thing I don't get it is why people buy so many Blu movies. A lot of them are, from what reviewers say, only a small improvement over previous SD versions.

Something I will never understand is all the threads about Transformers. To me the only redeeming quality about it was the special effects. The movie itself wasn't all that great. I thought the acting and story were horrible.

You see, I *DID* grow up with it in the 80's, and I think Transformers sucked dog pee {just like it did in the movie}

I didn't see Transformers because I can't stand anything Michael Bay touches.

Not even The Rock? That's his only movie that I enjoy.

I can actually handle The Island, but I usually can't stand any of his movies. Even The Rock was awful in my eyes. I just don't see the appeal.

I think Michael Bay makes the funnest and most enjoyable movies. They may not be fully intelligent or very thought provoking but damn are they fun to watch. I can watch any of his movies any time and enjoy every minute of it.

I think Dexter season two is completely different than season one.

Mostly I hated how Rita and her kids changed so dramatically. Instead of Dexter's attractive damaged quirky gf she's just constantly nagging. The kids were showing the murderer streak or whatever it's called. Then out of nowhere, gone, they're just normal boring kids.

It was really in every character. Especially Dexter.

Possibly the most disappointing second season ever.

I've never seen Dexter because I sometimes just by the cover. That season 1 cover just turns me off, even though a lot of people tell me I would probably like it.

+1

Also I really liked phantom with Ben Afflec. I read the book and love the movie as well.

As a fan of friends I've watch Joey sitcom and loved it too. Not as good as friends but one of the best comedy series I've watch.

I also miss the controversial opinion thread.

I never got a chance to share this gem:

It isn't a movie, but I didn't like the TV show Seinfield.

You'd be suprised how much junk I've got for not liking the show.

I also enjoy Michael Bay movies in their own particular way.
Oscar winning they are not, but if I'm in the mood for something with a lot of special effects that I don't have to pay attention to...........
Of coarse, usually I am on my laptop or doing something else (like reading the newspaper) when I am watching a Michael Bay movie.

I actually liked both seasons 1 & 2. So far Season 3 has been a real let down for me. There just isn't the antagonists that Seasons 1 & 2 had and it just seams that Dexter is getting sloppy at times (something he never was in seasons 1 & 2).

[Show spoiler] In Season 1, Dexter had the Ice Truck Killer. In Season 2, he had Lila and Doakes and Lundy. The DA's family in season 3 just doesn't measure up. Besides there are more with Dexter than against him.

would you say it's worthy buying???

me & my wife watch friends non-stop. we don't have cable or sat. so @ night when nothing is on, we pop a disc of friends in. i'd say in the 2 years that we've owned all 10 seasons on dvd, we've watched the entire series 10+ times!!!

Same here. I always get, "How can you not like Seinfield!??" from people. I thought I was the only one who didn't like it.

It bored me too. I didn't find it funny. They always say that it was a show about nothing. I guess I just wanted my shows to be about something (anything).
