Yeah well my point was that ones like Kiss Anime don't, and while ones like Crunchyroll do help the Anime market, but I don't use those services so instead I just buy each physical release as my way of supporting Anime.

DiscoTek just posted up that Darkstalkers is done. Does anyone remember whether or not a Bluray was announced as coming for this later on? I'm just wondering if I should wait or buy this now is all.

I was actually looking for that myself and could not find a single mention of a possible bluray release, so I will probably buy the DVD.

Funimation has announced The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya CE Blu-ray set which includes everything in the franchise except the movie (seasons 1 + 2, the shorts, The Disappearance of Yuki-chan).

FUNi putting out a premium release with only artcards for a show that did 40,000+ per volume for Bandai (via an animeanime.jp article I sadly didn't bookmark...) and was one of their top 5 best-sellers isn't what I'd consider doing something right...
