Very unlikely, Funi UK is mainly only going to be covering the bigger titles. Sleepy Princess could get a UK release but it might not be popular enough to warrant a UK exclusive LE treatment (I do think Sleepy Princess deserves an LE at least, Talentless Nana was fun too).

Higurashi could, but I think the BBFC may step in and go 'nope' on some of the violence.

Well the artwork was already revealed a few months ago which is this so it wouldn't surprise me if they kept it the same:

FUNimation has done so many Dragon Ball Walmart-exclusives over the years, figures they'd continue that...

The double box sets for the Orange Bricks also were/are Walmart-exclusive.

It was always FUNimation, they screened it in theaters months ago.

Might pick up the DBZ releases, if they are the steelbook discs.

Is the new Higurashi any good?

Essential just means discounted price and weren't huge sellers. Classics is ones that sold or sell more.

Is it though? I personally see it as "hey cool, a way to get certain shows for cheap"

S.A.V.E. was replaced by Essentials in 2018, and Anime Classics was replaced by Classics the same year. It's just purely marketing.

On a side-note, some Anime Classics shows were re-released onto Essentials rather than Classics. Those were:

-Burst Angel
-Deadman Wonderland
-Eden of the East
-Freezing
-Freezing Vibration
-Last Exile: Fam, the Silver Wing
-Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt
-Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne
-Witchblade

Nothing from S.A.V.E. got re-released onto Classics.

Eh, that's not how it works. Date A Live has sold quite well for FUNimation (the S1 LE sold out in about a year), yet S1 is on Essentials rather than Classics. I'm expecting OniAni to move from S.A.V.E. to Essentials in the near future, and that show completely overperformed. The LE sold out in under a month, there was a second print run, it also quickly sold out, and the show got scalped for nearly a year until it got re-released.

S.A.V.E./Essentials=/=Poor sellers

If that many shows had sold poorly for FUNimation, they'd have gone under years ago. Similarly, there were things FUNimation released straight to Anime Classics that didn't sell that well. All you really need to get from Essentials vs. Classics is that the former is cheaper than the latter, that's it.

It stands for “just the essentials.”

No slipcover, DVDs, or digital codes. Just the Blu-ray Discs in a standard amaray case.

Worth noting there's a DVD-only Essentials release (why won't they get the Blu-ray rights already, it's been on Blu-ray in Japan since 2011). Also, nearly all Essentials and Classics releases come with a FUNimation Digital Copy (including Berserk), and in many cases, the prior releases never came with one as they preceded those.

There's also an Essentials title that includes DVDs, but that's because Chronicles of the Heroic Knight has no Blu-rays.

It’s always funny how OniAi wasn’t given a Dub because Funimation never imagined it would do so well. It’s 1 of those times where they would have if they had known.
