Does anyone know why zavvi only have the DVD up for preorder for Audrey Diwan‘s “Happening”, and not the blu ray as well?

Is the blu ray an Amazon exclusive or something? (Please say “no”)

Not an exclusive as HMV have it as well but for £2 more than Amazon.

How long do Zavvi typically take to dispatch in stock orders? Ordered 6 of their 3 for £30 titles on Sunday but seen no movement yet.

Saturday for me and still 'Awaiting dispatch', HMV would be a dispatched by now with free delivery too.

I had an inclination that Zavvi weren't great from what I'd read previously on this forum, but most of what I picked up is exclusive to them in the UK so not much choice.

I know people have had problems with them but I, minus one time, have had great experience from them with blu rays, steelbooks etc. I guess it depends on the person you get to pack your stuff. Hope you guys get your blu rays soon though.

If your order hasn't dispatched yet chase it up with them, I chased it yesterday and was fobbed off with a templated email. Chased again today as the money has cleared on my credit card and they said there is a problem at the warehouse which has resulted in my order being stopped prior to dispatch and they are investigating the issue. All of the discs I ordered are showing as in-stock.

Is the reply I got - and was then asked if I still wanted the order. I replied that I did and they promised to get it pushed through. No dispatch yet though. What is it with companies being with "Z"?

I chased them up on this today as they said they would get back to me with further details. They want me to wait a few more days, which after a bit of back and forth, turns out to be 3-5 days whi!e they investigate,!

If only Amazon had the same titles in their offer.

Bought 4 titles in their 2 for 30. Wasn't aware that I'd be charged full price for 2 of them because apparently "I can't use the offer twice in one order". Absurd practices and slightly shady i must say. Customer service has been no help either.

I just pre-ordered three 4K UHDs due out on different dates:

• Watership Down (10/24/22)
• Highlander (10/31/22)
• Robin Hood (11/28/22)

In your opinion, are they going to send me each title as they come along or wait until Robin Hood comes out to send me everything at once?

Also, usually, I pay £3.49 per item for postage. But, in this case, as the order exceeds £100 the postage, it's free (which is good news). Will they use flimsy bubble envelopes instead of a proper card mailers for sending?

If it's to end up with damaged items during transport because of cheap protection, I still prefer to pay £10.47 more and have the guarantee that they send each of my 4K UHD in a card wrap around mailer...

I was pleasantly surprised to have my order of 12 UHD's in one box with bubble wrap. Been years since I made a large order with them. Usually they would post each disc out individually.

They will send them out when each one is out. I usually get them on release day or sometimes if I’m lucky I get them Saturday.

The ones they send me is usually in a blu ray sized box and they don’t come damaged to me, in fact Amazon usually comes damaged for me but Zavvi have all been very good, knock wood, for me.

Hope you have a good experience e with Zavvi.

My 3 for £30 order has been stuck at 'Awaiting dispatch ' since 21st, chased them up a few times last week, it was delayed at dispatch and they asked me to wait 3-5 days.

Same here been sat for a week awaiting dispatch, I should have known better than to place an order with Zavvi.

My 2 for £30 order (plus one other title) was placed on 19/8, was dispatched on 22/8, arrived Sat 27/8.
