Had Raw Deal 4K on pre-order for months. Release day has came and it’s still processing with no signs of shipping, due to stock issues according to Zavvi. Cancelled it.

Zavvi are useless and always will be.

What items specifically?

Also since you mentioned 80 Bucks -- are you checking out with the items listed in USD or GBP? When I checked earlier the code wouldn't work unless you were using GBP. I'll assume the item is £60+ when you change the currency

But also not working for me; in my experience all those Zavvi codes do not work, if the listed item is not full price anymore, but rarely any item I want is ever actually listed for full price, so those codes never really work for me. Currently I wanted to order three Arrow Releases, Videodrome 4K, Count Yorga & Gothic Fantastico Sets.

I'm not sure why -- unless it's a release date issue since all 3 of those are Oct items. The Sept items don't seem to work either but August and before do work. I can find other titles with the same or bigger discounts that do qualify -- Shawscope V1, Twisting the knife LE, Giallo Black

Zavvi currenty has a new Arrow offer, but most of the articles are not discounted at all or maybe just a few bucks like they almost always are. Is this a pricing mistake and the actual sales prices are not set up so far or is this really the sale itself?

ok. they did it again!
1 order, 2 items, 1 tracking number.
1 package arrived, website said all despatched/delivered and box only had 1 item.
Sheesh.

Based on my prior experience, I will wait weeks before complaining. But how hard is it for them to keep accurate tracking? Clearly, there must have been 2 different tracking numbers!

Also, the box was not sealed! I just gently pushed the bottom of the box and it opened up! Incredible.

It is possible that someone stole the other item, but as they left the large box set I am assuming that the single movie was not in the box.

I am trying to give these folks the benefit of the doubt, but this is the worst packaging of any vendor I have ever used.

Definitely making me cautious to order from them again... despite the low prices and low S&H to the states.

Lot of the arrow video items in the Halloween sale prices are £8.99 on Zavvi UK website.

Are you using Zavvi UK website with a different currency to UK £(GBP)

I looked on Zavvi.de so far. A few singular titles are reduced, but most are still around 20€. Major Dundee is 39,99€. Some of the Fassbinder Box Sets are around 50€, but in the past those where around normal prices, not sale prices. Maybe it’s also the weak €, importing from the US for example became like insanely expensive in the last few years compared to pre 2020 times.

6-8 weeks is the longest I can remember it taking for a package to arrive, but the replacement had arrived before the original item finally showed up -- in pristine shape surprisingly so it was sitting in some protected area.

Anything longer than 4 weeks deserves a CSR contact. My last several packages since June have arrived in 14 days +/- 4.

Does anyone know how much longer the Zavvi discount code VC50 for 20% off every £50 spent will be valid? About half a dozen releases that I have on my wishlist are coming out in one week on November 7, and I'd order one week later if that means I will get a higher discount.
