Hey Slim, I'm The 1st Donster and you can hit me up once you are ready to play co-op. I'm so damn backlogged with my games that I'll probably be the one who is playing it when no one else is.

What I like about this game is the how fact you can just do whatever. I found all the radii towers and then went about freeing the outpost. Didn't even bother with the missions till I had done that. Also crafting is pretty fun as well.

Have had this game awhile now. I need to hurry up & get through FC2. I hear it doesn't matter to play that one before FC3 though. I'd probably get through more games on my list had they not had numbers after the title.

I got hung up in Far Cry 2 because for the longest time, I was trying to get every single diamond, to the point that I never had the time to finish the story. Eventually, I just marathoned the rest of the story and ditched the game. For some reason, the loot in FC3 is way less frustrating, so I do find myself stopping for some of it... but I'm not going to try to 100% it. I gotta' beat this game so I can move on to Dead Space 3, Max Payne 3 and Dishonored... all of which I have neglected due to my friends dragging me into Black Ops 2 or Borderlands 2.

BTW: I'm still plodding along with this game. I've now freed every outpost on the first island and crafted everything I can, and I still haven't even gone to the beach to see Vaas' boss yet. I'm just doing every side mission that comes my way before I move on to the next story mission.

Question, though... Am I the only one who never bothers taking a car anywhere? I really just like being on foot in this game for the random encounters you come across, plus it feels like you can typically get to places way faster by running over hills than you can by staying on the roads. And doing so has helped me come across loot, letters and relics that I never would have been near by car. Just me?

Not only that but you don't get noticed as well. I sneak around a lot too. But yeah I travel many by foot almost all the time, lest I find a hang glider.

I travel by foot most of the time. Only time I take a jeep if it has a mounted gun so I can camp somewhere and mow enemies down. That or drive off a steep cliff.

Man, I don't know what it is about the hang glider... but I can't land one without crashing to save my life! I'm trying to get the cheevo for the death from above thing, but... it's just not happening.

Fly low and slow enough and you'll land automatically. Practice on a beach with plenty of room

That's what i'm doing i'm trying to find all the radio towers and then i'll concentrate on the outposts before I do the story missions and the crafting is also very sweet.
