Those are WalMart exclusive slipcovers. Paramount and Universal is starting to have those 2-packs too. You can check out the pics on the Slipcover Thread of the first page.

Good luck on getting there by years end . I have the upgrade bug so the Blu purchasing is slow at this time for me .

My Blu-ray collection is tiny compared to most on here. My excuse? I'm a university student and have only been collecting since January! Sorry if the pictures aren't clear but they were the best i could do with my phone.

Thanks for the compliment! Well i'm in the UK and picked the shelves up at my local Ikea store. They are 4 individual stacks which i decided would not only look better but also give more space than the others they sold. They were only £12 each so well worth the money.
