Not sure if it's tax related since you can still import some other items. Also, the blocked titles are still available for import on other UK sites like Zavvi, so I don't think Amazon is doing it at the request of the label.

I forgot to mention, unlike the message I quoted, it's not just pre-orders that are affected but released titles as well, making the options severely limited.

Is Amazon UK not shipping to the US now? I am trying to buy some common Arrow titles, but Amazon EU S.a.r.L. is nowhere to be found for most titles now.

They're shipping plenty of stuff, but like much of the last couple years certain titels and certain studios are UK Only.

Shipping from Amazon UK to the USA seem to be dropping in price finally. Many (not all) items on my wish list that used to show 10-14 pounds now show a 7 to 8 pounds shipping cost!
