Amazon.de has Eureka: The Complete Series for $40.61 USD (after VAT removal), including shipping to the US. This is the lowest price I've ever seen for it (about $8 per season).

This set is English friendly and region free. This edition also features slim packaging in normal blu-ray cases and a slipbox (unlike the earlier release, which was packaged in an awkwardly shaped box).

I just ordered one from amazon.de for EUR 25,19.

After shipping & fees it came out to USD 36.14.

Thats an amazing deal for the whole series; just about $7.25 a season.

Speculation about what? it's been roughly the same price a couple times in teh last 3 months. I'm pretty sure those were posted inside soem other generic deal threads

This deal's been basically dead for a couple years. I think after several years, people have it or don't want it.

If you're looking for more of a discussion of the series -- might look here though that petered out a year or so ago, but it you bump it with a couple questions I'm sure some others would join in
