This promotion has some good box sets in it including the Sherlock Holmes Box set (Sherlock Holmes Classic Film Collection - 14 Film (Cofanetto 7 Blu-Ray)) that has not been part of any of these promotions. This particular set works on a region A player even though the discs say region B on them (I have the set and confirmed playability).

In addition there are many more great titles like the Laika Animation Box set, Star Trek 1-3 set and so on.

Most of these sets are region free or play on both region A and region B players but as always feel free to ask if in doubt.

Kong Skull Island 3D and Wizard of Oz 3D come out to about $8 each shipped.
From the comments section, it looks like Kong 3D only comes with the 3D version, no 2D.

Just got my Sherlock 7-disc/14-movie set in the mail, and what a steal for around $17 shipped!
The price has gone up 5.5 euros since the sale started (or less than 3 euros after the 50% off) but still so worth it.
Watched Hound of the Baskervilles last night and was very satisfied with the PQ.
The main menus are only in Italian or German, but it's easy to select English with no subtitles in Setup.

While the book-style, foldout packaging on this bluray set is fine, I still easily give the nod for better packaging to the Sherlock Holmes Definitive Collection UK dvd set from a bunch of years ago, which came with four movie-poster postcards and an awesome foldout disc holder portion that had way better art and movie information for each disc.

How does this sale compare to previous ones? Is there more or less available? The selection doesn't seem as good as the last sale; however, I could be mistaken.

I'm interested in a few steelbooks but can't find out if they're region A playable. Ones I'm looking at are 2 Guns, Smoking Aces, 10 Cloverfield Lane, Inglourious Basterds and Super 8

You are right about it being not as good as some of the previous offerings.

This finishes on the 28th of this month, so the next one should be better.

I got really lucky with some price changes. Right before I ordered, Let's Get Lost dropped 3 EUR. And right after I placed my order, Sherlock Holmes increased in price by 5 EUR.

Also, I could have picked up the Audrey Hepburn Collection for EUR 2,87 during the last sale. I was going to hold off and see if it was included in the next sale, but I didn't want to gamble on the price going up.

Vikings blu-ray seasons 1 & 4 are listed to be in Region B. Any idea if these will still play on a Region A player?

2-4 are region free. 1 is at least region a and b.

Got Hole 3D, Tarzan 3D, and The Great Wall UHD, for 19.94 Euro shipped...about $25....not too bad. The two 3D movies are region B, but I watch all my 3D disks from mvc files using Kodi anyway.

Or the Reinhard Klooss directed version? More confusing -- released by Medusa and labeled as B, but started as Warner so it still possible it's might be Region Free

Found another 3D flick that I don't have yet (doesn't hurt its one of my favorite movies), and after looking over Stink's order found a few more to pair with it, so got one more order in before the deal closes out:

The Last Emperor 3D, Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid, Let's Get Lost, & Sherlock Holmes Classic Film Collection....about $37.25 shipped...seemed like pretty good prices.
