Hmm. The discount didn't show for me when I got to the last page. I had two titles in my cart that were ready to ship (The Accountant 4K and Fringe complete series) and one that shipped in 2-5 weeks (Harry Potter 4K collection). Maybe it only works with three in stock items. Maybe you actually have to complete the purchase with the ex-VAT and shipping total before the discount shows. Thanks for passing the deal info along. Maybe someone else will have better luck than I did trying to get it to work and report back.

No, it works with out of stock items. Make sure all items are from Amazon and not a different seller.

You are a gentleman and scholar, Jar Jar Stinks. I got the promotion to work this time around. I think Amazon was putting items from sellers other than Amazon into my cart when I added to my cart directly from the promotion page. If I went to the product page for the item in the promotion and then added to cart from there, after confirming the seller was Amazon, then I could get the promotion to work. Now I have to think about whether I really should buy Fringe on blu ray. Thanks again.

All WB Blu-rays are Region Free. All 4K discs play worldwide as region locking was discarded for UHD Blu-ray.

Gotta do the math to see if it makes sense to import. Sometimes it doesn't make sense. For example, often imports don't have a digital copy. Also, resale value is much less (or near impossible) on used items with foreign text on the cover.

I typically make bigger purchases to get my shipping cost per item down. Saving money by spending more!

If it's sold by Amazon Italy, it ships to the US. Third party sellers don't. Plus, they don't qualify for the discount.

If it's released by WB, yes, they are always region free.
