At Zavvi -- if you put 10 eligible Disney 3D titles into one cart you get (2 for 18) on all 5 pairs in a single order (one £3.99 shipping charge), but the sales tax add-on drains some of the savings Sample carts Amazon UK for 10 item order -- £105.86 (cheapest shipping is AGS) Amazon UK -- 5 orders 22.07 *5 = £110 (std shipping is cheapest) Zavvi -- 10 items -- £93.99 + tax (£101 for me, 102.50 for CA, 103.50 for WA) Last edited by hariseldon; 10-04-2019 at 02:22 AM. |

In fact, this now reminds me I was in the same situation earlier this year or maybe it was last year. Zavvi had a 2-for 3D deal and Amazon UK had a 3-for 3D deal. Amazon UK requires 3 items and they have 2 I want (Solo and Incredibles 2). Zavvi requires 2 and they only have Incredibles 2. I'm positive that when 1 of the 2 had a 2-for promo with both Solo and Incredibles 2 3D included, it refused to let Incredibles 2 ship to the US. So it seems I always end up passing on these because they engineer the promo so I don't qualify. There are a bunch of Disney/Marvel 3Ds I don't have: Aladdin 2019, Captain Marvel, Dumbo 2019, The Lion King 2019, and Toy Story 4. Maybe when they finally add 1 of those to the promo someday (year), I will finally qualify be able to order with the promo. Also, Zavvi has no way to refine their 72 hour sale list to show only Blurays and 4Ks, so I won't bother wading through their long list of mostly DVDs. |

Disney Multi-buy is back at Zavvi. https://www.zavvi.com/offers/disney/multibuy.list
New 3D titles to the sale this time around are Aladdin (2019) and The Lion King (2019). Shipping to the US is free if you set the shipping to US, the Region & Language to UK, and the currency to $ (USD). |

https://www.zavvi.com/offers/marvel-multi-buy/3d.list Then at Amazon I ordered Toy Story 4 3D + Dumbo 3D + The Lion King 3D, for 28.05 pounds shipped. They have a 5 pound off 25 pound offer, on top of the 2 for 18. So I got two at 9 pounds, and one at 9.99 pounds, plus shipping, minus 5 pounds. In my eyes, shipping was free (6 pence difference). |

I got the "5 pounds off 25" offer to work at AmazonUK for Toy Story 4 3D, Dumbo 3D and The Grinch 3D.
But I couldn't get the free shipping at Zavvi to work on a separate order for Endgame 3D, Antman-Wasp 3D and some AOS seasons. When I change my settings to Stereodude's recommendations, it increases my cart total from 48 pounds to 60.99. Last edited by mysteryfunk; 03-10-2020 at 06:49 PM. |

Thanks. I'm an idiot, and very busy today. The 60.99 was the conversion in dollars, so it threw me off because I was expecting it would be more. I guess it's less after they take out VAT?

Zavvi doesn't take out VAT like Amazon does. Did you add the titles after making the setting changes? If you add them after making the setting changes it works entirely in dollars and there's no conversion.

Bambi Blu-ray (2D) is £6.21 (before VAT removal) at Amazon UK so if you only have two 3D titles, but want to hit the £25 mark to use the MYDISCOUNT5 coupon code it's a good choice IMHO. The UK release of Bambi has DTS-HD MA 7.1 on it and is region free. The US releases of Bambi only have a lossy DTS HR 7.1 audio track.

3D 2 for 18 pounds is back again... Ends Sept. 27. Only one title I need, unfortunately. Perhaps they'll add more later...
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/promotion/A3EEBXVOKO3ZFG Perhaps the other usual promos may also be back? |

Thanks for the heads up on the re-green lighting of the 2fer 3D deals again. Got all the titles I needed to complete the 3D versions available in both collections by splitting them between the two stores:
Amazon UK: Star Wars TROS, and Avenger's Endgame @ 11.035 gbp/disc shipped. Zavvi: Star Wars TLJ, Captain Marvel, Spiderman FFH, and Antman & the Wasp, @11gbp/disc after applying the "free shipping" discount code @ their site. Note free shipping removed 1.88 gbp from shipping cost leaving 8 gbp as the shipping to South Florida. Not sure if it's he best deal, but each disc ended up just under $15 shipped, so worth grabbing a few non US release 3d high profile titles ![]() |

It's back, but the free shipping code expired. Also, TROS is still missing, and they removed a few other titles from the sale... Shows 15 titles in the sale, but it was 17 yesterday, and more than that originally...
