Security video captures something strange outside man’s home

WARETOWN – In the 21st century, with modern security systems and video doorbells, we not only may hear the things that go bump in the night — sometimes, we may even see and record them.

This is true for Joey Fabozzi, 40, a Waretown man and Iraq War veteran, who was stirred from solace in the early morning hours Thursday when motion sensors outside his home picked up something moving around his front door.

What perplexed him was what he saw when he played back the video footage from the surveillance video through his electronic security service ring.com.

At 1:13 a.m., what look like six illuminated orbs arranged in a straight line, appeared, disappeared and otherwise move in an erratic manner before vanishing when Fabozzi came to the door to turn on the porchlight to look out.
