I have both PS3 and Wii. Not really a lot of time for gaming since I have a full-time job.

Not only to mention that I'm an avid movie collector.

I was dyeing for a Wii, but the impossobility of finding one, coupled with Zelda on gamecube, and seeing how few games are actually coming out, i have no more desire for one. January has a big whopping 1 title for the wii. I think the luster of the system has worn off a lot from all the early adopters who are hardcore gamers and are now looking elsewhere. Just my opinion.

Wii will never interest me! I heard and red about its capabilities and distinct functionalities but the Wii will never become part of my purchases anytime soon! Now I go to the gym to work out. I have weights at home too and I do cardio exercises as well.

I will buy a Wii when they reach about $99, and it will be basically for the retro gaming factor.

Release an ASIAN VERSION (220V) first.

No way I'm buying 110V Japan or US versions or European 220V PAL versions just yet.

Asian version games are always the cheapest (ie. PS3 and X360 games)

I bought one on launch day. It's pretty neat, but I prefer my PS3 more. IMO the Wii doesn't really live up to the hype.

i got one, and sold one on release for $1000 on ebay theyre actually pretty fun and based for the entire family, along with ps3 its undeniably the best combo.. and who can ignore the upcoming titles like super smash bros and mario kart... they arent for everyone, especially the teenage-middle age gamer types, but for familys and teens who arent all about fps games theyre definitely worth it, if u can find one

I don't have a Wii. I don't plan to get one until EB Games starts offering deals on trading in you Gamecube for a Wii AND my cost is around $150. Until then I will stick with my PS3 and 360.

my younger step brother has one. It seems cool for parties, but when hes alone he plays the ps2. Im kind of suprised the wii isnt getting an okami port. That game would utilize it more.

Question "Who wants to play with my Wii???"

Got a Wii on launch date. It's a pretty cool system, but for the techies out there, it just isn't enough.

In today's age we're looking for the best possible. Not only picture, sound, or what a game is based on, but all together.

I've tucked mine neatly under the TV. Only have Zelda & Super Monkey Balls, and have rarely touched the console since release. (I haven't even opened up the 2nd nunchuck and wiimote that I bought)...

I was thinking about picking one up, for a more light hearted gaming experience, one the wife and I could enjoy latenight while the kids were sleeping.

I suggest you play around with one at a demo (like eb games, etc) kiosk, and then decide. It was like playing games a few years back, except the controller is motion sensitive.

I dont know, I just couldnt justify it with a more serious ps3 at home.

Just try before you buy, or at least keep everything packaged nicely so you can return it if you find it boring after a few hours.

It's a good system to get someone who does not normally game into gaming.

Highly recommended, we had a Wii party and it was a blast. 4 people over 30 and 2 children, everyone had fun.

Got one at launch for the boys and I, sold it to a co-worker at Christmas time for cost when I realized that it was more gimmick than innovation. My mind may change in the future, but with a PS3, 360, and a full-fledged HT setup I just don't have the time. Maybe when Mario or Metroid comes out I may consider it again.

I have EVERY system from Dreamcast on up with 350 games, but I don't really play my wii that much. I think Nintendo dropped the ball with it. 480p is the highest resolution it offers? That is so weak. 480p isn't even real HD. That's starts at 720p. Even the original Xbox could render some games at 720p. The wii is hardly what I would call a next gen system.

Agree... have it. Love playing it with my son. ultimately, you can't help but think that the games are already tapped out from a graphic standpoint.

And my son has been playing Motorstorm on the ps3 for the last week, which doesn't bode well for the wii in my household.
