Default circuit training/extended sets

after having two boys I really moved my exercise from general bodybuilding and lifting to circuit training, plyometrics, and extended sets. Still lift but this moves away from the overall mass building to just fitness. Its easy to get bored or burnt out with the same circuits. Does anyone have any exercises (core, plyo, ect) they particularly like to band together in a circuit or extended set?
