I was in a borderline underweight category for years. Looking back on old pics is depressing at times because I looked like a twig. One thing I also noticed is that I often wore much baggier clothing that was several sizes too large for my skinny frame. For example, I remember wearing XL t-shirts in high school when in reality I was closer to a Small. Problem is I've been one of those people who often has to "think" about eating in order to get it done a lot of the time. Much of my life I just haven't been hungry and I also used to rarely have anything to drink throughout the day. And I ended up with a painful kidney stone in my teens. Probably didn't reach more of a 'normal' weight range until at least after college. But even to this day I still often have to remind myself to eat, drink water, etc. Sometimes it'll be like 9pm and I'll be eating my first meal of the day, which is obviously a terrible habit.
