Yeah, I intersperse cardio in there just to get into better cardio shape - I'm not as in good cardio shape as I was in HS back when I played soccer.

Look, if there existed a USB cable that I could connect to transfer weight - I would do it.

Try Weight Gainer....works extremely well...you won't get fat, but will gain lean muscle!! At least 3 servings a day

It's more "water weight" with creatine but it does build muscle and burn fat...I'm currently using it and I love it

I used it for a few weeks awhile back and didn't really see much benefit and it seemed to make me feel a little...woozy I guess. Definitely do your research on any supplements you take. Whey Protein is essential to building muscle though. I usually take around 110-120 grams per day.

you werent drinking enough water aside from the creatine then, creatine monohydrate pulls water from your blood stream your muscles to form water tension in your muscles, allowing you a bit of a boost to your workouts, so it will help you build muscle faster, but it will also puff you up a bit with water weight

I drink upwards of 1 gallon a day. Water is pretty much all I drink. I don't think that was the issue really. Peoples bodies are just different. Mine didn't seem to react well to it.

With skim milk, I've never had a problem. I usually mix them up, mix strawberry with chocolate peanut butter or vanilla. Pretty darn good, I must say. With water, it's atrocious. I barely made it through a cup with water.

i dont remember the name, but the first few kinds i tried were awful, even with milk, but then i got a good job and could afford the muscle milk, and that stuff is great, never had a flavor that wasnt delicious

hmm i guess so, it just sounded like you were getting dehydrated from the loading phase, which is really easy to do

I use the Body Fortress Whey Protein available at Wal-Mart and Vitamin World. It's $12 for a 2 lb. size at Wal-Mart in various flavors. Been using it for a few years and love it. Especially good with shakes. In addition to the whey, they also contain BCAA's and nearly 2,900 mg of L-Glutamine.

I don't think that's what it is at least. Just made me feel kind of weird. Plus, after doing some reading there looked to be some health issues relating to kidneys or liver, but I can't remember which.
