October:
For the first time, since Sony´s Power Monster is released in Germany, the PS3 took advantage of all other Next-Gen consoles. ![]() Quote:
Good thing for the Console itself, and also good for Blu-ray ![]() |

Is North America really the Biggest Market in the World for these? I honestly would have Thought the Japanese matter more than the US and Canada, Especially seeing as Canada is not a very Big Market. It seems overseas the PS3 Sells better than the 360. Why Wouldn't it? they Have better education around the world

nah, it really depends on how u look at it, what a Good education is? and what is a better Education. North America type of Education gives kids lot of room to expend and be creative and a lot more freedom.... so .... two sides to each story, bad and good, so there is not necessary a better or worse education here, just whatever works for the ppl who live here, eh. |

for example, in Japan, ECs r FAR MORE advanced and Cool then those u see here in North America, but then most of the products, ppl here would only take a look and go WOW, they r not likely would pay that much to buy and often they do not respond to those ASian/Japanese corkyness or Cutiese, or watever that works in Asia, just becuz we have a differenc culture and mind-set here doesnt make ppl here less edcauted or worse educated, but i do hope ppl here can make more money and then maybe the buyer would bring more and cooler toys from Japan or around the world, ppl here DO NOT know what they are missing, especially from SONY, and I always here ppl go like, "SONY, it's nothing speical, it's no good" and i always tell them to resepct frist of all and then do some researches b4 making a bold judgement like that. it's also why I buy MOST of SONY directly from TOKYO. |

Better education huh? I guess that depends on what you're looking at.
While you point out the drop out rates, I'll point out that the United States of America has 500 billionaires and who knows how many millionaires. No other country comes close. America is the land of opportunity and whether people take advantage of that or not, is up to them. My Grandparents left their homeland so that their children, and their children's children (that would be me) could have a world of opportunity at their disposal. just to add a tid bit here. I dont work at a super busy retail store, but on black friday in my 7 hour shift i moved 11 ps3's. Mostly 80gb once i told everyone about the backwards comp. 1 360. I checked this morning for my store lol we moved 21 ps3's and 4 360's : (
Based on what im hearing from other friends working other places seems to be a familiar theme in my side of town. *north atlanta* |

Good education means to adopt an inferior format call HD-DVD, while the entire planet go Blu.
You can only find such great education like that here in the US. (Don't mean to offend, sorry if I did) Last edited by Blu-Generation; 11-25-2007 at 12:57 AM. |

it's only becuz u r not used to it, kids grow up there r used to that intense education and work load, so they can handle it, but let's say if an Asian kid who was born here in Canada, then goes back to China when he turns 13 or so, it would be very very very difficult for him to even just follow the teachers. |

it has nothing to do with education, just becuz those ppl who r in the states had better opppurtuties than the rest of the world, doesnt make them smarter or better educated, Donld Trump won't last for 6 months if he were doin real estate in HongKong or Tokyo, simple like that, it's a lot more difficult there. and u said it urself, " a world of opportunity", not necessay "better or good education". since we r not talkin about which country has more billionaires so this is not related. p.s. u cant really go by record, exmaple, there r WAY MORE RICH ppl in China alone than the States, but MOST of them are not on the record, if u know wat i mean, and THRY ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO RICH beyond any Parid Hilton or some Prince from England to even compare, as i know, thos ppl in China drink away 12,000 a bottle Lewis 13 like water on the dinner table on a daily basis, and 2 or 3 bottles a nite that besides other extremlly expensive FOOD and Drinks, not even mention they bought more Rolls and Maybach than ppl do in the States. and here is a story a friend told me when he was in ShangHai for the auto show, first of all, Bently sold there are way more luxury and WAY more expensive than here in the states, an Arnage cost around CAN$380,000 but it would be CAN$2.5 million, but still There were three guys bought the cars right there at the show dropped cash then drove away the cars just like that, and many more like Ferraris, LAmbos they always sell tons cars there.
