I much prefer the 3D slip that has Snake on it by himself... but the thought of more action...

Definitely getting the Steelie and maybe this extended cut as well. Probably have to wait for a review of this. Usually I don't like extende cuts and I can't imagine there is a ton more action in this cut.

Although the the thought of spending nearly $60 on this movie is a bit scary.

I was wondering the same thing. It would be nice if bb at least had the extended cut with the theatrical in 3d. Save me some money but that wouldn't be the point.

There's a listing on BB's site for a 3D "limited edition" so I think the Extended cut will come packaged with the 3D version but I would think that the 3D disc would only have the theatrical cut

Pretty sure that's the regular 3D release only without the updated artwork.

Edit: Nevermind, didn't realize they had 2 different 3D release sku's, so maybe it is!

That doesn't have the extended cut. The picture is the Walmart exclusive which just has the theatrical cut. So unless he is buying the extended cut from BB and sticking it in a paper slip and then inside this case it isn't what he says it is.

That's pretty much what he says - It mentions how it will be opened up to include the Extended Cut. Probably why the price is so high since it will have to be bought twice.
