Once again it pays off to buy when things come out. Some shows just get lost in licensing hell or are forgotten, like planetes. You never know when some companies will go out of business or lose the rights. I'm glad I have my sets. The new series will probably not even get a physical release either because NETFLIX.

Same as the UK, and French (bar the lack of english here) release.

It's a 1080p release meaning there is some fps pulldown in scenes that use CGI since the CGI was done at 30fps.

There are some interlace artefacts also, but its dub isn't screwed up.

Not entirely sure why exactly you'd sell your Korean sets in favor of the UK BD. The only thing the UK BD has in it's favor is the lossless dub track. Literally the only reason I'd even consider getting the UK BD down the line is for this reason, and even then it's only be to mux the lossless audio into the KR BD.

why would you sell a superior release to buy a inferior (but superior to US) release
