Anyone got a UK Pinocchio slipcase they are willing to sell or trade for a Ratatouille/Pixar Shorts slipcase?

I throw them away since they stick out on the shelves when put next to blu-rays that didn't come with them! I've never really thought about them as being collectable before, just extra bits of card to end up in the recycle bin.

I might start keeping them from now on.

Hello,

I am new to this forum! Great overhere.

I was wondering if you could help me out with something. I emailed Amazon.co.uk about the Cars and Ratatouille BD but they told me they dont ship the slipcover with it, wich is a bummer cause those are the ones i want. Someone could tell me a store that do ship them with?

Thanks!

Hi, Danielle89,

If I were you, I would head over to eBay or instore to try and get these items with their slipcovers. Slipcovers are generally limited to the first run so after awhile, online retailers will be fairly unreliable when it comes to dispatching items with their slipcovers.

Hope that helped

I've got a Gladiator Slipcase I'm not too bothered about keeping, if someone wants to pay for P&P then it's theirs.

Thanks, but here in Holland they dont sell them with slipcovers at all. So my only option is to buy online and about ebay i dont have a PP account.
But thanks anyway for answering!

Oh Ok I didnt realise that. Obviously not living in Holland makes it hard for me to give you advice but, the best place to go is on eBay, that way you can see what you are getting. You could also try the trading forums here. There aren't really any websites that will definately sell items with slipcovers once they've been out for a while so, you would just have to take the risk.

Ebay is not really an option, so i guess i just have to take the risk at buying online. At amazon.co.uk i got monsters inc with one but pinocchio not. Maybe i should try Play.com or HMV. I really dont know.

Thanks again for anwering!

Danielle, it really is just luck of the draw. You may get a slipcover on one but not on another. As I said, maybe try our forum members in the trading section of the forums

Anyway, welcome to the forums

Does anyone know if the Supernatural Season 3 or 4 box sets come with slipcovers? Lost 1-4 too?

Does anyone have the Polar Express 3D Blu-ray and able to take pics of it?
I'd like to get it with the lenticular slipcover, but is that one exclusive to Play.com or does Amazon.couk also have it and still ship it that way?

Cheers!

Kynch, I have it and will happily upload some pics for you in the next half hour (left my phone in the car). I ordered it from Amazon UK and they sent it in the 3D lenticular cover, hope that helps!

Watch this space for the pictures!
