Royal Space Force: Wings of Honneamise - Releases

is the BD included in the JP 4K set a new one or is it the old one that's already been issued outside of japan in previous releases? I've never seen this but keen to and would be minded to import the 4K if i get impatient enough before a localised release gets confirmed and the included BD is an upgrade from the previous one (eta: because i'm not 4K capable (and don't have any plans to be any time soon))

A newly remastered 1080p BD is included.

Sentai assigned it a UPC of 816726025353, but it’s not actually printed on the packaging anywhere. The EAN of 4934569960528 refers to the set+storyboard book bundle, and was assigned by Bandai Visual Japan. This is printed on the packaging (well, the polybag).

What’s happened in this case (if that’s the EAN you’re seeing) is that someone at Amazon manually typed in the barcode on the product, instead of using the ones Sentai gave them.

Partly true: They should have tied the new EAN to the existing listing - or else Sentai should have applied their own UPC on the packaging.
Either way: The stock amazon received ended up with a different ASIN than the pre-orders.

I wish we had a stander release. I don't want to pay over $100 for it.
