I have all of the 007 steelbooks that are available. All of the Craig films already have 4k steelbooks so I would love if we got the rest of the films in those as well since we are still missing a handful - License to kill, Living Daylights, Man with the Golden Gun, Octopussy, The Spy Who Loved Me, Tomorrow Never Dies, and A View To a Kill

Otherwise, I would go for a 4k set by each actor.

One thing I would really, really love is if the 4K releases finally used all the gorgeous theatrical artwork the Bond films have for their covers.

I know that's far too much to ask for though...

I would love a horizontal cover for GoldenEye that replicates the artwork for the N64 game, including Pierce Brosnan's elongated mouth.

The theatrical run of all the Bonds that's just kicked off in the UK ends in October, so if we were to get UHDs, I imagine it'd be close to that time.

We'd probably end up with the Daniel Craig Goldeneye.

(Reads first post)

you want to know specific details about something you only assume will happen ?

I guess it's the specs you wish for discussion.

I have the entire 4K collection in iTunes and I can't wait to forget all about that when I have them on disc.

So the GoldenEye 64 remaster on Xbox leaked months ago and the achievements were updated days ago, and today a new LEGO 007 Aston Martin & minifig from the Speed Champions series leaked. When is the imminent 007 60th UHD box gonna leak?

I just hope they do new scans instead of reusing the Lowry Blu ray restorations.

I have the Bond 50 set + Specter so not sure I want to spend money on all 24 movies again in 4K.

I think I'd probably upgrade just a few. Dr. No, GoldFinger, License to Kill GoldenEye, maybe Tomorrow Never Dies, Casino Royale and Skyfall.

Nothing else needs to be in 4K. The BR restorations are fine, some are downright excellent.

I still have not bought No Time to Die. Still trying to decide if I want the Steelbook for that or not. I only have Spectre in Steelbook, so not sure its necessary to add get the steelbook for NTTD.

I do wish they'd release Never Say Never Again in some way though. MGM seems determined to never let it see the light of day again.

No release since 2009 for it.

I can't believe how scarce that one is. Glad I picked it up at the time. I recently binged the entire set this year (including Never Say Never) and ended up on the new movie, and was a great watch.

Overall your sum up of the franchise in general, do you believe the Bond movies are the epitome for action?

I would have thought that's Die Hard

Or all the Non-comedy Schwarzenegger movies

LOL so you want films shot in 2.8K to be presented in 4K (and which already are uprezzed for the DI in the current 4K set), but not ones actually shot on 35mm film whose resolution is 4K. Sure, man.
