In theory it could be. But I seriously doubt it.
If we are talking anaglyph (glasses with one red and one blue lens) then it is one picture and so already doable, but with 3D (type introduced with BD) that means having two pictures and so twice as many pixels. The UHD disks barely have enough bandwith and capacity for a decent UHD picture, let alone adding 3D |
