Help figure out what movie this is - Blu-ray Forum

The movie is about a boy that dies some how but he has to get a girl to figure out who it was that killed him. He is a ghost while he is trying to get this girl to figure out who killed him. One of the main parts in the trailer was that he was in a classroom yelling that he wasnt dead. He throughs a book and knocks some shelf down but when it goes back to the real shot that everyone sees nothing really happened. Pleas help I cant figure it out for nothing

Hi, I'm trying to find the name of this movie i saw and I know it is on dvd and is in English, the only part i remember is a couple have intimate relations on the front hood of a car and they are clothed, and the movie is in English and is rated R in the USA and is on DVD in the USA and also in a 4 movie pack (one case with 2 double sided DVDs I think) , I tried looking on here but couldn't find it. Any clue?
