New Comments Have Been Turned Off?

Under some of the areas of movies, I'm running into a weird issue:

For user reviews, I can't leave a review. It says at the bottom "New comments have been turned off" and there's no button for submitting review.

For region coding, I can't submit region coding information. It says at the bottom "New comments have been turned off" - and no submit button.

I added a new Blu-Ray title yesterday which got approved, and I went in to start fleshing it out.

I added front/back/slip/spine pictures which are now pending approval... could that be causing it? I wanted to also update the region coding from my tests, and add a user review,

The weird thing is, I can't submit a review, or coding information, etc. for ANY titles on the site, not just the one I edited. Is this normal behavior?

Is it just me or has something changed for the site?

Thanks in advance for insight. I can wait if its temporary, just want to make sure I didn't loose permissions permanently or something...

There were some issues last night with certain features not being available.

Everything I checked today appears to be back to normal though (EDIT: some things are back, others still not normal). I'd give it 2-3 days and see if it goes back to normal

Well, at least it wasn't me. Didn't know if I triggered the system to somehow put me on the "bad list"
