1. Manage Attachments.
2. Choose File.
3. Upload.
4. Manage Attachments (then select image).

If you don't do the last bit it just gets added to the bottom of your post. You can also right click on pictures from other sources then Copy Image URL then select Insert Image from the Reply box and paste the URL into the window. That's probably a preferred method over saving an image than uploading it, especially if it's a larger size.

How do I attach photos or other files to a PM?

Or, if it isn't possible to attach a file to the PM, how do I upload the image into the PM itself. I'm wanting to send a photo image located on my computer, but haven't been able to figure out how to include it either as an attachment or an image in the post.
