Could’ve sworn it was on amz this morning for 76.99. Now it’s no longer available. What the heck is going on? (Despite already owning it)

It's still there (only 1 left at the moment)...

However, it's still a wee bit cheaper at Cinema1, 69.99 + 4.99 s&h = 2.01 cheaper than amazon, lol...

Cinema 1 in-store price was $99.99 - employee checked the website and manager ok'd matching the $69.99 listed on their website. (They don't price match generally but since it was their OWN website and same UPC...) Glad to own this, going to take a while to watch it all but should be fun

That's good they matched it. I remember HMV's policy that they wouldn't match their online prices (it helped if you knew one of the managers )

Picked up a copy instore as well, also stickered as 99.99 but matched for the online price. Manager mentioned that she'd need to take my contact info just in case head office needed some more info as to how I got it so cheap. Thought that was a bit strange...maybe she's just after my #

wowhd ships from the US - chance an additional duty charge.

If you live in Ontario (and possibly neighboring provinces), don't pass up on cinema1's deal.
There is no import fees on home media products coming into Canada. Iíve ordered from all over the world in various value amounts ranging from $25 to $300 and never have seen import fees.

-> Fun to think that it might be for personal reasons.

More likely that head office might be doing random auditing of price matches to ensure that employees aren’t giving themselves discounts. It sounds very much like a loss prevention strategy.

Just a heads up, I'm pretty sure I read on Scream Factory's Facebook page that they said that they ran out of Halloween 2 and 3 steelbooks on their website. The rest of their stock is just going to be sold by FYE and Amazon (both .com and .ca). So if you want those steelbooks, you'll have to get them through Amazon.ca it seems.

You might have to pay taxes though. Most people just use the terms import fees and taxes interchangeably when it comes to international packages.

I'm in the process of moving them all into these bookcases.

https://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/00263850/

I have limited space so these bookcases are good as I can fit 2 rows of blu-rays on each shelve and they are a good price ($55 for the bookcase and $10 for additional shelves). Only downside is not all of my blu-ray collection is visible. I still need to get one or two more bookcases as I still have quite a few blu-rays in storage bins. After that I can finally start the long process of alphabetizing my collection.

Donít forget categorization

I often wonder if there is Blockbuster furniture floating around kijiji and the like. I know when Iíve gone looking there wasnít. I mean the metal furniture, as wood always has the risk of hitch-hiking unwanted pests.

As for rabbitís collection, I think there were pics a few years back. Might want to do a bit of thread archeology.
