MVP Finalists have been announced
Mahomes, Burrow, Hurts, Jefferson and Allen
It'll probably go to Mahomes. Hurts did have a good campaign but missing a few games probably sways it to Mahomes again. Also good to see a WR in the mix.

Offensive player of the year nominees are - Hurts, Jefferson and Mahomes. This is probably going to Hurts as a consolation for MVP

Defensive player of the year - Nick Bosa, Chris Jones and Michah Parsons. All solid picks but I am biased here.

Comeback player of the year - Christian McCaffrey, Geno Smith and Saquon Barkley. Again, all solid picks but I think Geno deserves it. I don't think anyone saw the season he had coming.

Coach of the Year - Daboll, Pederson and Shanahan. Tough choice here - great turnaround seasons for both Jags and Giants. I am biased here again. On one hand Kyle has a ton of weapons but on the other hand, doing what he has done with a rookie third string QB is impressive.

Offensive Rookie of the Year - Purdy, Kenneth Walker, Garrett Wilson. Again I am biased here but that aside Purdy only had six games of the regular season whereas the others had a full season to make their case. Didn't see enough of Wilson to make a judgment but Walker is certainly deserving.

Defensive Rookie of the year - Sauce Gardner, Aidan Hutchinson, Tariq Woolen. All had good seasons. Sauce is kind of the known name here. I saw the most of Woolen though.

Asst Coach of the Year - Ben Johnson, Demeco Ryans, Shane Steichen. All solid choices. Of course Ryans is my choice here.

Mahomes practicing today...still waiting for the injury report (thurs & fri-will be huge). Two other players who may play that have been on IR is Hardman and Fortson (TE). Hardman (with Toney) would add an element of speed (sweep).....Fortson has been a go-to in the end zone/red zone.

I would give us a good punchers chance if Hardman and Fortson are taking decent # of snaps. I have sweaty palms on Wednesday....what will the next four days bring?

Unfortunately, I can believe there are idiots out there that are saying Damar Hamlin is dead and the person showing up in the media is not him. For F-sake where is this country heading? Damar trolled twitter with a pic of him head down and hoodie up standing next to a mural of him with the word "clone". Some ppl were questioning why we couldn't see his face etc etc...No wonder there are con artists taking advantage of this portion of society, they deserve to be fleeced.

The reason they lost both times were the quarterback. What good will changing coaches do? Jerry is the moron that gave Dak and Elliott huge contracts. Nothing will ever change as long as the Jones boys are the GM.

It's come up during the press conferences with the Chiefs.....oh, they know. Agree, I don't want any Chiefs to provide bulletin board material.

It should be a good game. I will say all of the national pundits that are guests on the local stations are picking your Bengals.

Fingers crossed we'll have some players that didn't play in the last match be available Sunday night. Scheme and Mahomes ability to move and push off that right foot will tell us if we can make it competitive.

You guys are the reigning AFC Champs, so we don't have much to say until we can beat you.

Believe me, that one word comment was covered for an hour this afternoon on local sports talk. Gay and Bolton should be pissed....at themselves. Burrows and the offense put clown shoes on them with all the success they had in the middle of the field.
