I only really started drinking beer within the last couple years and am by no means a snob but I definitely go quality over quantity. Don't necessarily care about craft or micro but first choice is usually an IPA (double if an option) hazy always good. Can't do darks, browns or sours though. Not sure if there is a beer thread but if not I am open to some suggestions here since its a bit slow in the thread here.

To keep things on topic - Falcons have signed DE Calais Campbell to a one year deal.

Yo Dragon - did you see apparently the Robbie Gould era is over here in SF? Its sad for sure but apparently John doesn't want to meet his asking price, which I get to a degree but man was Robbie clutch for us, a good kicker is hard to find. I know they traded for Zane Gonzalez last week but hear they may look in the draft as well.

Yes but it gives a cushion its the reason SNF has flex & starting this yr late season MNF has too.
& again the rumor is only 1 TNF flex allowed per yr.

Under the Baddell regime, league-wide NFL rumors seem to eventually come to fruition. At this point, the flood gates have been opened and where does it stop? Next will be neutral-site championship games and other such ridiculousness, meanwhile officiating is arguably at an all-time low, but they don't seem to want to fix anything that negatively impacts the game itself, only efforts to increase the profits generated from their product.

They wont address officiating publicly because then they admit theres an issue

That would get major backlash & be a very bad pr move so doubt they go there anytime soon.

Yea there's been moves before like that especially during the covid year but those were special circumstances.

& again TNF flex would only be wks14-17.

Yeah he will be missed especially in the postseason where he was perfect for the 49ers. He wanted a trade in 2019, but they were fortunate enough to resign him. Not so fortunate this time, tough shoes to fill for sure.

Off topic, but Watson’s play this year will be interesting to follow. He struggled to shake off the rust at the end of the season.

When Kay Adams left GMFB Rachel was offered the gig and she turned it down cause she didn't wanna move from LA to NY.
Alot of times when you turn down a promotion that's a mark against you.
So when network cost cutting measures come into play & even for regular 9 to 5 jobs sometimes things like that are a tiebreaker on deciding who gets let go & who doesn't.

"UGA DT Jalen Carter is turning down pre-draft visits from teams outside the Top 10, as his agent Drew Rosenhaus is confident that's where he's going. If a team trades into the Top 10 before the draft, he would be open to visiting them."

Uhh, I don't quite get this strategy. Is dude and Rosenhaus that completely unaware that the perception of him isn't that great after he left his deceased teammate in a ditch?
