I have a feeling this might be a letdown in terms of features, but I'm glad it is finally coming.

Does anyone know what held up this release for so long? Rights issues?

Apparently it was, the rights recently reverted to the producers after being held by Palace ever since the original release. I guess there won't be any new features, just the commentaries and deleted scenes, but that's enough.

The Blu-ray has been delayed (likely due to the postponed cinema release to Sep 9 at this point).

No release date for the bluray now, only pre-order on jbhifi website, the bluray won't be released until the film has a small cinema run, and knowing how 1/2 the country is currently locked down, could be a while before it is released.
