Well, I took a week off and started back into P90X today with a little leg, back and ab ripper. I'm toast. It's amazing how out of shape you can get in a week.

No kidding! I have no more endurance! I have to start all over

I started doing HIIT training Saturday for my run and will be doing it again today. Tomorrow I will start weight training again.

I'm on week 6 of P90x..still kicking my butt. I was in Miami/Orlando for a week so as you can imagine, I didn't make good choices with food lol.

Yeah I have no problem working out. I have a problem controlling my diet.

Going to be weight training today and then probably do Kenpo X.

Just finished Chest, Shoulders and Tri's. Followed by some Ab-ribber. I was soaking in sweat. But then I ate a bagel..

Yeah I've been trying so hard to work on my diet, at least I am getting back into my workout flow.

I'm so f'n mad right now. Stupid people around me at work! You try and try to give good advice but no one listens.

I told one of my coworkers to just take a walk everyday and slowly eliminate smoking and caffine from her diet and she won't listen. Then the other stupid coworker that drinks a ton of caffine and obviously never works out says yeah he's right you should listen. Damn hypocrites!

I'm just going to stop telling them. I know what's healthy and what to do. If people don't want to listen and take that first step it's not my concern anymore.

That is the workout I'm going to do this afternoon too. I'm glad I'm not the only one that sweats like that. They are great workouts indeed.

Just got back from the fitness center and did 30 minutes of weight training. TIRED SWEATY AND FEELING GREAT!

Been a while. Really pushed myself too.

The fitness center is about a 3 minute walk from the apartment so it's no big deal. If I wanted too I could even workout in my board shorts then jump in the pool after!

That's a very good point. I didn't go shopping yet. So I'm limited. I ate some cherries after the workout but they really didn't help much. Like you said, they probably burned right up.

Does anyone take that "after-workout" drink? Tony talks about it after every workout but I never really bothered with it. Probably isn't worth the $50.

Well I have lost 40 pounds. Cut out cokes and fast food, eat lighter portions, and jog everyday.

Yeah I've made my goal. Now I just try and maintain it and thus far it has been easier than I expected. I think my metabolism is way higher now and that helps.
