There will be a 4K + 3D combo in India. You'd likely have to order it from eBay seller rahul-and-i, who is located in the US. He imports Indian 3D/4K releases and it looks like he ships them worldwide. Not sure what the cost would be for you after shipping, but likely not cheap.

Aquaman, Fantastic Beasts, Wonder Woman, RPO, Tomb Raider, Jumanji II, Mortal Engines, BR 2049, How to Train Your Dragon (at least 1 and 2) depending on what you already have.

Well Fnac have a few 4K+3D Steelbook exclusives, often including soundtrack CD, like the 4-disc Shazam one.
However there are many other 4K+3D combos (Steelbook or Slipcase) released in France that are not exclusive (i.e. released also on Amazon France), so it's up to you whether those are worth adding.
Fnac remove VAT like Amazon.fr. Importantly, Fnac's parcel/packaging will be much better (hard cardboard like Zavvi). Fnac might increase the total postage cost slightly with each item you add, but the postal cost per item will become cheaper.

Here are the French 4K/3D combos I can think of (I have most), but I don't have time to link to all of them, or check whether they are all still in stock. If a French title is in brackets, it's best to search Fnac.com with that title.

Fnac exclusive release Steelbooks
Shazam! 4K + 3D + CD Steelbook
Aquaman 4K + 3D + CD Steelbook
Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald 4K + 3D + CD (Les Animaux fantastiques: Les Crimes de Grindelwald) Steelbook (French spine/artwork)
Justice League 4K + 3D + CD Steelbook
Wonder Woman 4K + 3D + CD Steelbook
King Arthur: Legend of the Sword 4K + 3D + CD (Le Roi Arthur : La Legende d’Excalibur) Steelbook (French spine/artwork)

Wide release Steelbooks (released at Fnac and Amazon.fr)
Pokémon: Detective Pikachu 4K + 3D Steelbook
The Meg 4K + 3D (En Eaux Troubles) Steelbook (French spine/artwork)
Rampage 4K + 3D (Rampage - Hors de contrôle) Steelbook (French spine/artwork)
Tomb Raider 4K + 3D Steelbook
Ready Player One 4K + 3D Steelbook

Wide release Slipcases (released at Fnac and Amazon.fr) (spines with French titles, if in brackets)
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse 4K + 3D (Spider-Man: New Generation 4K + 3D) Slipcase
Mortal Engines 4K + 3D Slipcase
How to Train Your Dragon 4K + 3D (Dragons) Slipcase
How to Train Your Dragon 2 (Dragons 2) 4K + 3D Slipcase
Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle 4K + 3D (Jumanji: Bienvenue dans la jungle) Slipcase
Blade Runner 2049 4K + 3D Slipcase
Spider-Man: Homecoming 4K + 3D Slipcase
Underworld: Blood Wars 4K + 3D Slipcase
Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk 4K + 3D (Un jour dans la vie de Billy Lynn) Slipcase
Passengers 4K + 3D Slipcase
Ghostbusters 4K + 3D (2016) (S.O.S. Fantômes) Slipcase

I think that's everything

You mean this? Because I'm getting that too but I'd be very surprised if that had any English subs (let alone audio)... Also be careful, quite a few other French-exclusive 4K discs don't have HDR, e.g. EuropaCorp's 4Ks of Valerian, Les Tontons Flingeurs, etc...

Does anyone have any tips/suggestions for getting an FNAC order for the United States to go through? I tried it twice this morning with my Visa, and both times it came back declined. My Visa sent me a message asking me if I placed the order, and I replied Yes, and was told to replace the order. I did order again, and the same thing happened. Did anyone else have this issue, and if so, how do you get around it? Or is this a card specific problem?

I had another UK forum member order it for me this morning.

I hate dealing with FNAC, especially from North America.

Well I've written a step-by-step guide for people on how to (pre)order from Fnac but it seems that it doesn't apply here. It does indeed seem like a card specific problem. I'm assuming it's a credit card, not a debit card... At what point during the process exactly was the payment declined / were you contacted about it? Was it halfway through the payment stage of checkout, right after entering your card details, or after Fnac had processed/completed the order?

It could be as simple as the way you wrote your billing address, which your Visa card company will compare to your bank account info. Fnac doesn't have a 'State' field for example - I know that that has bothered many US/Canada people trying to pay on Fnac's site with Paypal; to solve this, simply put the state in the 'City' field, e.g. 'Chicago, IL' rather than 'Chicago'.

If you really find it impossible to get an order through, I can always order you a copy using my account and card, and entering your address (as I was previously able to do for Fnac's Aquaman steel for someone with a US address, who Paypal-ed me), but it's best to troubleshoot a bit first.

Not sure what the issue would be, I order from FNAC all the time they are great, I've ordered every DC release since Wonder Woman from them as well as several other 3D titles and steelbooks. I use a Chase Visa card to pay and Google Chrome's auto-translate feature to know what I'm clicking on the site. They ship via DHL so it's relatively quick to arrive. Never once had a problem.
