I'm pumped to start this one. It has a great DM cover and well worth the few extra bucks.

Nice pickup. I was thinking about picking this up myself, but the variant got sold out quick on instocktrades.com. No worries, I kinda prefer the normal cover anyways. Decided to pick up this great read instead.

Yes it did. I was surprised. Awesome pick up though. I purchased it the day it was released for a solid $50. I've heard nothing but good things about this run. I've only read portions, but I'm definitely enjoying it.

My latest pickups (though it was a couple months ago)

Hawkeye is phenomenal.

Just starting the 3rd Locke & Key book now (waiting on the final book to arrive). Great series.

Have the original run of the Spawn books, but I hate single issues, so I finally grabbed these hardcovers.

As you can see, aside from the Hawkeye book, these have been out for some time. I only buy collected editions now, not single issues - and preferably hardcovers. Unfortunately between the time I hear about a series, and the collected editions come out, I've either lost interest in it, or completely forgotten about it (the latter more often the case).

What do you hate about single issues?

I just prefer the format of collected editions. Being able to read a run in one hit without having to bag and board each issue. When finished I can just sit it on the shelf and not have to worry about searching through boxes ... and collected editions, generally, take up less space.

Nothing against them, it's just logistics.

Been meaning to read Hawkeye, but will probably hold out for an omnibus treatment should it get one. Glad you like Locke & Key, that series is insanely good. I was very sad it ended, yet felt a sense of fulfillment when it was done. Nice haul

Picked these up at the Comic Expo in Calgary last week. It's been a long dream of mine to complete this series. I just need 5 more issues. I plan to finish it for under $100.

Since I live in Greece I have to import my comics, so they arrive at my local comic book store always a month later from their US release date. So this is my latest monthly comic haul from last months releases. Sorry for the bad PQ of th photo.

hey guys, been looking to unload some of my comics, personally collected from the late 80s. they're not cgc-graded or anything but a lot of them (if not most) are in NM condition. what's the best way to go about selling them and get the most for them? TIA!

Well, didn't want to go down the road of another hobby, but it was inevitable. I hit some of the bargain places around town just to find some "cheapies" before diving further in. I do like the idea of collected issues vs. singles, so that was the final push to finally get back into it.

I'm in the middle of a move too, so it's hard to keep up with others I'm interested in. I have a few more coming this week as well, but most of these were found locally this past week. This first set (minus Inhumans) was 5 for $25. I did not hesitate to pick those up.

My grandfather used to take home issues upon issues of Turok, Boris Karloff, Twilight Zone, etc. comic books when I was a kid. Had to get these collected works.

Nice pickups DS.

Grabbed these over the past week. Finished up my Suicide Squad trades, Locke & Key HC's, and found the first printings of the Marvels run, and Watchmen.
