That link seems to be specific to an instance of the survey; I click it and it says I've already answered and then redirects me to the Funimation website.

Some that you expect to make sense the least actually make quite a bit of sense, like Pumpkin Scissors comes to mind, it was explained in one of the episodes. Sadly I can't remember the explanation as it's been a few years since I last saw it. Also, lots of anime based off of light novels with absurd and long titles, their titles are basically just the synopsis at this point.
