Excellent new Sony 2023 TV! I spent a lot of time with the 85X95L and Sony's engineers discussing the enhancements they built into the 85X95L.

We'll have Sony's very first allocation/shipment by the end of next week.

We are having a great time reviewing Sony's new flagship 4K HDR MiniLED TV, the XR-85X95L.
For one of our premium TV comparisons we put the 85X95L butt next to Samsung's new 2023 flagship 4K HDR MiniLED, the 85" QN95C.
Here's a few pictures:

These are two very excellent flagship 2023 TVs from Samsung and Sony.

They are both excellent, but Sony's new processing upgrades that include "Contrast Booster, and XR Clear Image" along with the new brighter and lower luminance MiniLED panel that also has increased the local dimming zones and added many thousands of additional LEDs has paid off big time for the X95L.

Hi Robert. Do we know the differences between the X95L and the X93L?

@littlepooch21, yes, here's the X95L advantages vs. the X93L:

- The X95L panel has more LEDs, more local dinning zones so it's brighter and can reach lower luminance levels so it's close to OLED's pure black capability. The extra local dimming zones reduces hallowing to almost zero on the X95L.

- The X95L has Sony's new XR processor enhancement that employees the new "XR Clear Image" that very nicely improves all low resolution content up-conversion and scaling, like cable content for a cleaner image.

- The X95L's built-in audio/speaker system was nicely enhanced and works very nicely as thee center channel speaker with a multi-channel audio system.

The X95L's processor was re-tuned to take full advantage of the increased brightness and deeper blacks to render images with more detail and depth that naturally look like natural 3D when playing good quality 4K HDR content.

We were also able to double our exclusive Sony store credit launch promotion on the X95L to 10% so our clients have $580 in store credit.

Here's the link to our X95L webpage with the .pdf specifications sheet and a lot more technical and product information:
