I sent them to "wizardscollection@technicolor.com" too, following Amazon instructions.

I haven't heard from them so far, I guess I'll wait and see if until Wednesday I'll get a reply.
Did you ever get a reply? WB is awfully slow about replying to customer service emails.

I'm running all of my discs through ImgBurn to check for errors on all of them..so far Goblet of Fire, Order of the Phoenix Bonus, Half-Blood Prince, and Half-Blood Prince all have errors on them. This is completely ridiculous, WB better start answering my emails soon. I've already exchanged sets with Amazon once because one of them was in the wrong language, I'm not doing that again.

Yeah, I sent them an e-mail on 13/10 (Sunday) and got an answer on 15/10 (Tuesday). They just said they would send me replacement discs on that very same day.
There wasn't any kind of "shipping confirmation" after that, but I wouldn't think it necessary anyway.

So far I haven't received the discs, but I'd say that's normal considering Brazil's postal service is very slow. I'll wait a couple weeks more for them, before I contact Warner again.

Eureka! Warner Brothers finally got back to me, they said that they were apparently trying to reach me for a while now but their emails kept getting returned undeliverable. But they're sending a shipping label to me now and I should be able to get the discs fixed finally!

I have just noticed this on mine with part 1 and 2 labelled wrong. Iv only just got 3D tv so only took them out the collection today. After reading through this iv signed up and emailed warner bros hopefully to get new disks

Is their a way to check for other mistakes etc?

I've also only recently had a good inspection of this collection. All my dvds (and 1 bluray) seem to be scratched. Contacted WB and they have sent me an envelope to send all faulty discs back. I don't know whether to trust it. It's just an envelope with a sticker

Which email did you send a message to if you don't mind me asking? And have you checked all your discs? I heard that the boxsets that had problems with the 3D also had problems with IME on film 4.

Can you remember where you found the email address? The email address I found, the person just wants me to send all my faulty discs back before they'll even think of exchanging them. I'm not sure I trust them, that's all. It's a lot of money to spend if my discs go missing.

I've given them a message. There's only 2 discs I'm mainly worried about as they have deep scratches whereas all the others seem to work and the scratches I could live with. I'll see if they can just replace them 2 but if not I'm sure I have another copy of the philosopher's stone dvd theatrical version (as long as it is the same as the other set) It's just annoying that a brilliant set came with so many problems and careless mistakes.

I just ordered this set a few days ago.
I'm in the USA, and getting the USA edition.
Should I expect any issues with this set, or have they all been worked out?

Has anybody managed to get replacement discs anytime recently through the aforementioned email? My Goblet of Fire disc isn't the Ultimate Edition version and I want to know if it's still possible to get a replacement. I know Disney still keeps up their disc replacement program for movies that have long been OOP but not sure about WB.
