Default UK gets "Kill Bill" 1&2, "Pulp Fiction", "Beowulf", "Jesse James", and more in March?

Just browsing Amazon.co.uk after finding out that Tudors is no longer available (Out of stock? Cancelled?) and saw a ton of nice releases that are either from HD DVD only studios in the US or not yet announced:

Eastern Promises (Universal in US, Pathe in UK): 2/25/08

Rendition (New Line, not yet announced): 3/03/08

Beowulf (Paramount in US, Warner in UK): 3/17/08

The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford (Warner, not yet announced): 3/24/08

Pulp Fiction (Disney, not yet announced): 3/30/08

Kill Bill, Vol. 1 (Disney, not yet announced): 3/30/08

Kill Bill, Vol. 2 (Disney, not yet announced): 3/30/08

Any of those would be great to have, and if the "Beowulf" listing is true, I'm supremely glad Paramount didn't hold onto global distro. Please note that none of this has been announced or even rumored AFAIK, but I really really really really hope that these come true.

I sure hope the Jesse James one is right. Warner has only announced that for DVD in the US and it's one of the most gorgeous movies I've ever seen.

Most of these will be announced for the US, but it's nice to have an option for Beowulf and Eastern Promises while the format war is still ongoing.

Beowulf will have to be region-free, as a Warner title. Does anyone have any experience with Pathé and region coding?

Pathe is distributed by Fox in England so I would expect a region B coding for that disc.

Thanks for the info.

Alas, Eastern Promises isn't worth getting a region B player for.
