They seem to be going out slowly, but many people have had theirs ship including mine. Loki seems to be the holdup as people with just Elemental got dispatch notices several days earlier than people with both.

Mine should be delivered by Friday and possibly tomorrow since it appears to have moved from the Georgia OSM to my regional distribution center. Since I just got shipping notice Friday, that's significantly earlier than I'd normally expect transit time to be.

If don't see some advancement from Processing or On Hold by Thurs noon, I'd suggest contacting CSR.
