Default Tomi's Home Theater

After a year it's finally done. The construction was not the issue (new drop ceiling and LED lights and paint), just the saving for the HT items. That's OK though because it was worth it.
Sony Oled 77" A80J
Denon 6700 AVR
Panasonic UB820
Klipsch 5.2.4 dolby atmos set up
If anyone is interested the speaker stands are Monoprice Monolith. I filled the 4 square tubes with sand and they weigh about 40 lbs. now. Very stable. Wires were run under the carpet and into the column ant then to the front through the ceiling.
The poster frames are from fastchangframes.com. They cost me $69.99 each since it's the maker of the frames and not a supplier. They go for well over $100 each from a dealer. You can change out a poster in just a minute.

We have the same AVR, and I was looking up the specs for someone and I noticed the price is $500 more than what I paid. Did you get yours early or recent?

Very nice clean look to your room. Love the gray paint on the walls.

May I ask where you got the disc storage cabinets?

I believe those are Billys from IKEA.

I have three in white with the glass doors as well.

Congrats on your home theater, OP!

The best part since the paint is so dark is that because of the blackout curtains the room is dark as night during the day so I can watch in the same setting anytime. Ikea has the shelves.

This is why I went with a black ceiling, because I wanted the room extremely dark. I ended up having 2 layers. The first tiles I put up just wasn't doing what I expected, and had more light reflection than I wanted. At first I went with a few feet of darker tiles just above the TV, and I kept adding. A OLED in a super dark room is fantastic.

I saw your pics of the black ceiling vs. before. Do you have those lights on above while you are watching or was that just to show the difference?

Love your theater, kudos! Any idea what the model number of the Billy shelves is? They seem to have more shelves than the ones I saw listed. Are extra shelves available? Thanks for any help, and have fun!

You can get extra shelves for it.

Do you know the name of the company that made your sectional? That looks perfect for my living room.

The name of the company for the sectional is Benchcraft. I think Ashley Furniture bought the brand.
