It's not and it's aesthetic is akin to animated movies in the HD era. They benefit from resolution and so on, but its not as noticeable as "real" movies filmed with actors etc.

My point was moreso to do with how even so, at 1080p, smartphones are doing high refresh rate gaming even on other titles.

I honestly think chasing resolution beyond 4K is truly pointless going forwards and 4k native games will be the sweet spot and high refresh rates up to 120hz where artistically chosen or desired. I think we'll see how UE5 tech scales up and down soon enough in the next few years.
