Default Site going down at 11am every day (UK)

Like the title says, losing access to Blu-ray.com for 15-20 minutes every day. I know of at least one more member who has this issue in the U.K., anyone else?

Today was just 15 minutes, other times 20 minutes or longer.

I'd like to support this issue. I actually log on a good hour earlier because i know that come 11AM, the site access is going to be out of commission for the best part of 20 minutes. What's happening at this time, is it a Server backup or something?

I sometimes forget and post a lengthy reply to someone only to realise I will lose that post as 11am approaches.

The site undergoes maintenance every morning at 6:00 a.m. Eastern U.S. (11:00 a.m. London).

That's happened to me a few times too - you click on "submit reply" and nothing happens. However I did find out once, quite by accident, that even if you "submit" your reply during the site shutdown, despite nothing happening on-screen, it seems to record your post whereby once the site gets up and running again, your post is then submitted automatically without you having to click on the link again. May be worth trying mate to see if it works the same way for you - my case may have been just a one-off glitch.

This is a problem for me and I've posted about it before. 6:00 AM is when I'm usually up in the morning. I always enjoy reading Blu-ray.com while I'm sipping coffee just before going to work. I can't do that if the site is down. I've requested a change in the time they do maintenance to perhaps 4 AM to no avail.

I doubt they would completely change their regularly scheduled maintenance window just because that's when one member drinks their coffee, but you never know.

I'd say just wait (or sleep in) the typical ~15 minutes it takes for the site to come back up.
