When I watched the newest release of It, there were numerous scenes that would have been fantastic in 3D, like the projector scene, would have been a great pop out effect for audience. A lost opportunity.
I'll throw in the Truman Show, one of my favorite films ever and The Fifth Element, and of course so many that are already posted. |

I’ll take the unaltered original SW trilogy in 3D, please and thank you. (Well, unaltered except for the 3D bit.
![]() But, my two most wanted conversions from the ‘80s are KRULL and LIFEFORCE. |

It came to my mind immediately, that this could be a fantastic 3D movie from Disney!
![]() Would love to see this in 3D. There is not even a 4K/HDR version for it. ![]() Last edited by xootoo; 06-14-2022 at 08:38 AM. |

I'm told that if you have seen Yellow Submarine and it wasn't a "3D" experience (at least), then you didn't truly watch it.
![]() On YouTube, I've been blasted by content about the movie Oblivion. Probably because it has Tom Cruise and the director of TGMaverick. I haven't seen the film, but the clips on YT are loaded with 3D eyecandy: spaceships, skyships amid a sea of clouds, wide vistas, and throwing things right at the camera. What puzzles me is that this movie looks like it was made for 3D but released flat, yet the same director made Tron Legacy, which was released in 3D but filmed "flat". ![]() |

Oblivion would be in my top 5 picks for 3D conversion...
Aliens, Contact, Tomb Raider, The Abyss, V for Vendetta, 300, Baraka, Raiders of the Lost Ark, The Matrix, National Treasure and King Kong would be the others on my list. |

Power Rangers (2017) and the all the Hellboy movies. Hell all the Guillermo Del Toro movies. Last Night in Soho and Green Night and Everything Everywhere All at Once and Marcel the Shell with Shoes and Hamlet (Denzel Washington). Moonfall and The A-Team (Bradley Cooper). Batman Begins (its naturally works as a prequel to all Batman movies since 1989). This is the End. Get Smart. Iron Man 1. The Hulk (Ang Lee). Monkey Bone. Any Wayne Brothers movie. Daredevil (2003). Austin Powers trilogy. The Suicide Squad 2, since ita confirmed on LinkedIn to not have a 3D copy made, so someone should make a HFR 3D copy. Paddington 1 & 2. Sucker Punch. Those Who Wish Me Dead (Angelina Jolie). Star Wars and MCU shows since those are the only ones on Disney+ not in 3D.

Just watched The Gray Man on Netflix yesterday. One of the opening shots with the fireworks flying around in your face had me screaming "THIS IS 3D MATERIAL!" and despite some shaky-cam action sequences, this is a fun action flick that could be more enhanced in 3D.
Obviously we will not get this in 3D because it's Netflix after all, but here's another worthy addition to the long growing list of 2D films that could look great converted to 3D. |

I exactly thought the same, while watching this fireworks in The Gray Man yesterday
![]() This movie has some perspectives that could work wonderful in 3D. Also the scene watching from floor to floor holding that massive gun in hands. DC Superpets also screams for a 3D conversion. |

Netflix have made a bunch of their new shows and movies in 3D lately, including Over the Moon. So this might maybe be in 3D.
We won't know for another year or so which one of all of Netflix's originals are in 3D. Netflix is as secretive as Paramount+ about which of their programs are in 3D. But both Netflix and Paramount have been investing in making a lot more 3D content in these recent past few years, we just don't know what shows and movies got it. |
