It's interesting to see Best Buy promoting steelbooks in this way given that they are simultaneously reducing their physical media/movie sections in stores.

sadly my local Best Buy has also reduced their media selection...

new releases rack and 1 row of movies is all that is left...

It's funny how the advent of streaming is setting us back in many ways. Sound/video quality is better on blu-ray than streaming, and owning something forever is far better for the consumer than paying a monthly subscription for access to something they can take away at any time. Not that I don't have many subs, I do, but I also own many blu-rays.

What people want are choices, not for movie theaters and physical media to go away so that the only thing left standing is streaming.
