Not from Scream Factory you will see 4K UHD anytime soon for films they have to pay a rights holder a license fee to do a release

Not enough UHD discs been sold at the moment

Year end 2018
USA/International Market UHD Disc sales was only 5.3%

USA/International
DVD still outsells Blu-ray
DVD discs 57.9%

https://www.techspot.com/news/79636-...ining-dvd.html

UK UHD discs is doing a bit better at 13% but DVD discs still outsells both Blu-ray and UHD discs in UK

Most UHD releases will be from the Film Studio Distributors as they own the film rights so it cost them less to do UHD releases
There are a few UHD releases from Independent labels but most of these are shared costs with other independent labels with same UHD been released in various countries

Two years since the last post here, Shout! releasing an actual 4K UHD of this seems way more inevitable now.

I Ordered this steelbook the other day. Why do you think a UHD is coming?

I just got the steelbook in the mail today, what a coincidence.

But yeah, just speculating that an actual 4K UHD is more likely now than it was two years ago.
