Sentai removed information about limited edition in future date for Food Wars, so it was canceled?

What I am wondering is, why is this necessary? Is RightStuf not going to handle issues anymore? Never heard of a store selling insurance for their packages to get there before.

The old one straight-up made Naruto look like it belonged in the Gerber baby formula isle.

So is Rightstuf no longer going to take responsibility if your order ends up getting trashed in transit?

Didn't buy insurance? Tough shit.

This is what I'm wondering too. It's been a long time since I've had any issues with a RightStuf order, but I think I'll hold off on placing any orders until they clarify.

The box for my last order was pretty trashed (whole side dented in) but thanks to that inner cardboard stabilizer the contents were fine. Seems to me the box would have to almost be purposely trashed to damage the contents.

Just playing around with it, the route charge seems to be $0.98 for orders under $100 and 2% of the entire order for anything over $100.

Looks to be that way. So they change to Fedex Surepost and now want us to "buy" insurance as a added feature. Sure nice of them to offer that now but still seems as if they are saying they want to downgrade to poorer shipping.

I've already gotten to the piont where I'm willing to spend as much as $10 more ( and if it comes to it maybe even more ??? )
for my Anime via Amazon etc, rather than buy it through Rightstuf.

And Shawne has brought this on himself with his ongoing not customer friendly policy changes
( this is only my opinion of course )

I’m curious how the Route works . To me it sounds like your basically approving giving information to a third party company that probably sells your info to make up for the lower rates they charge .

Hopefully I can still get replacements after 30 days if a problem does happen if I forgo the route insurance . If not might be time to move on to another dealer .

Yuuup!...
PayPal have helped me out that way with a few bad deals, all of which (THE SELLERS)
turned out to be in China, which wasn't readily know at the time of purchase

RightStuf never took responsibility in the first place. I'm still irritated about them making me pay to ship back a damaged item for replacement and not compensating me a single cent, even though the damage was their fault for poor packaging. It was the only item I ever returned in ten years of ordering from them. I order mostly from Amazon now. Their packaging sucks, but at least they own up to it when something arrives with damage. RightStuf had changed, and not for the better IMO. Their packaging may be good, but their CS sucks.

Chiming in again about the time I had to cancel my Utena box set pre-order because something came up and they asked me to elaborate on what I meant by "financial issues" and I got major cringe.

Yea just ask ppl that, totally not weird. lmao

WHY!.. WHY? ..... None of your F**kin busniess that's why!
I can't believe that, no wonder their customer service is sucking and suffering from a high turnover rate,
( the high CS turnover rate, I got that info from one of them the last time I did talk to them )

With properly trained CS the "financial issues" reason would of been all they needed to know...

I think Shawne ( and thereby Rightstuf ) might actually benefit from outsourcing his CS to India,
they are a hell of a lot nicer and less intrusive than what he has now

I've never had any issues with Rightstuf, other than the long waiting time that has become the norm lately, but with multiple orders, they actually push your stuff through the queue. In the future, I may turn to Amazon if things go bad with Rightstuf, but Rightstuf is doing okay for now, so I'll stick with them.
