It's only the first episode lol... who knows what's going to happen over the series. He could always change his mind.

Anyways, it was a solid first episode. Looks like a lot going on and it's very similar to SOA, which is great. I also loved the cameos. Hoping for more.

Not bad for a pilot episode, I doubt the series will b hugely popular as Sons
but itís a good start

The whole point of watching a show is liking the main character. I just find it hard liking him now that I know heís a
[Show spoiler]rat. They could have save s that revel tell the season final. Howís he supposed to change his mind cause if he did the DEA agent can just throw him back in prison. The first episode of a season is supposed to get people excited for more but this didnít do that for me. Like I said making him a rat immediately killed it for me.

Like I said, you never know what could happen throughout the series. There's various reasons and situations where he could change his mind or views. We dont even really know the particulars of his situation yet.

I just hate the fact that they need to do these extended episodes. Maybe for the Pilot it is okay, but next weeks is 90 something minutes and this week was over 100 minutes. That was one of the biggest issues with SOA is they let Kurt run rampant in the final season when almost every episode was a feature length movie. I don't have time to watch all that when there's so many other shows on. Giant turn off.

There's plenty of articles even out there criticizing Ozark's 2nd season which was jut released on Netflix this week because a few of the episodes were 63-65 minutes a piece. No drama episode should ever go beyond 60. Most should stay around 50-55 minutes tops.

I like longer episodes they can flesh out more stories and character development

Not a bad first episode, left lots to be explored. I know the prison cameo was fan service but it was a nice and surprising touch.

They can split it into additional episodes. TV series are already too long and drawn out.

that was a very promising start and a good first episode. Too soon to call a final judgement. But I'll stay tuned for more of it. Will watch it at least through the fist season.

I read that we are only getting 10 episodes. What happen to season of shows being 13 episodes? If they are to lazy to do 3 more then what’s the point of doing 10. Ever since HBO started the 10 episodes a season with GOT every show has been doing and it’s really killed it for me.

I think it makes for tighter storytelling and less filler.

Oh, give me a break. 10 episodes is more than enough for a drama and will force Sutter to not overindulge like he did on SOA with 13 (or more) episodes that had no business being 90 minutes long.

They are going to add filler no matter what the episode count is. 3 more episodes gives us more story. The flash back scenes was a waste of time showing. I can done see this show is going to be more of a love story then about a motorcycle gang thatís what SOA ended up being.

How do you know the flashback scenes were a waste of time when you haven't seen the series yet?

Case in point some of those Marvel Netflix shows would definitely benefit from being cut from 13 episodes to 10.

It might be 10 episodes but it's going to be 13 or 14 or even more in terms of actual length. There's no tighter storytelling or less filler..

The first two episodes are already running a total of over 3 standard episodes.
