Because catalog TV releases in general have pretty much died out on blu-ray, and there is likely little to no demand for this series to warrant the time and effort by the rights holders.

Sorry. I don't see this one happening - not enough people care about it and we don't even know what state the original elements are in, if they're even in good enough shape for HD transfers.
