I am 100% not at all surprised that Lynch loves isolation lol.

David Lynch to Write/Direct New Netflix Original Series

In issue 1222 of ProductionWeekly, an untitled David Lynch project is listed thatís going under the working title of ďWisteriaĒ. For those who will try and derive meaning from the working title, the word is associated with the various plants found around the world.
Saw this pop up on Facebook.

It's (apparently) going to be called Wisteria. There's a type of it called Blue Velvet.

David Lynch or not, it's gonna get cancelled because that's what Netflix does best.

If it is connected to Twin Peaks, I reckon that connection will be very loose.

Besides, not a word about Mark Frost being involved and it would be strange to abandon Showtime, after they expressed interest in doing more Peaks with Lynch and Frost. So I reckon Wisteria is something different.

What's odd, and I don't mean to throw gasoline into the fire as I wouldn't mind this having zero connection to TP, but this tweet: https://twitter.com/fatecolossal/sta...45034826821635 states:

Equally curious, the date that user u/canthaveit posted their WISTERIA report, February 23, 2020, happens to be the exact same date that Lynch made an updated CA corporate filing for Twin Peaks Productions, Inc., listing him (rather than Mark Frost) as its CEO - see below.
If you click the link and follow through the chain of tweets they are referring to a reddit user who apparently leaked information that seems to be coming to fruition. Coincidentally, on the same date and if I'm reading this right, Lynch removed Frost from Twin Peaks Productions, which sadly sounds like he bought him out and it's Lynch's baby now only. But I could be completely wrong and it's just business and he'd never do more TP without Frost.

The post after that: https://twitter.com/fatecolossal/sta...310252032?s=21

I donít think it has anything to do with this.

I hope this new project is not Twin Peaks related (though I loved The Return), but yeah I do see now that Rancho Rosa is still Lynch and Frost.

His next woodworking project. Or a virtual Festival of Disruption.

My body is ready for whatever it is.

Just hope it is TV or Film related (really hope TP related) and not some new Nesspreso coffee line.

Yeah the teasing has gone on far too long. I have a feeling we're gonna be let down and this is either MY NEW WOODWORKING PROJECT or he's just stopping the weather reports. Wake me when I get to go back to Twin Peaks.

I'm down for anything film or TV related. Love Lynch, but I don't really care for the Festival of Disruption and he occasionally posts about his wood working projects on YouTube, so I'm leaning toward (hoping!) for film/TV. Doesn't even have to be Twin Peaks.
